Sub-processors

RyuuGroup, operator of ChannelDesk, uses the third-party sub-processors listed below to help provide the service. This list is referenced by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We will update this page when we add or remove a sub-processor that handles tenant data.

Bring-your-own-key mode
Where a tenant connects its own API key for a service such as Anthropic, requests made with that key route directly under the tenant’s own account with that provider rather than ours. In that mode, the tenant’s own agreement with the provider governs that processing, and the provider is a sub-processor of the tenant rather than of RyuuGroup for that traffic.
Notice of new sub-processors
If we add a new sub-processor with access to tenant data, we will update this page and, for tenants on plans with a data processing agreement in place, provide notice by email in advance where reasonably practicable.
